I can get about 2 pounds in a small flat rate box for $5.35 and about 20 pounds in the medium flat rate box for $11.35 (or current charges). Good news for International customers! The USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box is just $47.95 for up to 20 pounds to any country (Canada and Mexico just $32.95).
